At the time, I still had my BMW, Honda Accord Coupe and Volvo 960, but when this Micra came up for a bargain price, I thought I could grab it and make a little pocket money.

There's not much of a story behind this car; it was just a very good, low mileage car for a very good price. The only thing that happened was I found some pretty substantial rust when I was cleaning the arches and sills. I'd noticed the sills looked a bit bubble under the mud when I was viewing the car, but hoped for the best really and got hung up on the good price.

I ended up cutting the rust out, welding in new steel and spraying stone-chip over the repairs. The rest of the car was completely rust free and in very good condition
